The method
Most companies don't need more marketing activity — they need the right few activities done consistently. Our method is designed to find them, prove them and make them part of your company.
- 1
Diagnostics
We analyse the product, clients, competitors, sales process and current marketing. Where do today's clients come from? Why do they buy — and why not?
Output: Fact base and list of growth hypotheses
- 2
Prioritisation
We evaluate 20+ possible channels using a simple scoring model and choose 3–5 with the best ratio of effort and expected result.
Output: Prioritised channel map
- 3
Experiments
Before investing big budgets we test hypotheses with small, time-boxed experiments: cost, deadline, expected effect and actual result are recorded.
Output: Experiment log with decisions: scale, adjust or stop
- 4
Implementation
Working channels are built into the company: content, pages, campaigns, partnerships, lead handling and sales materials.
Output: Launched channels and documented processes
- 5
Training
We find or train the person inside your company who will run the system, and hand over playbooks and checklists.
Output: Trained employee and instructions
- 6
Control
KPIs, reporting and regular reviews. We check quality and correct course before small problems become expensive.
Output: Monthly KPI report and action list
- 7
Development
Markets change. We keep looking for new opportunities and remove activities that no longer pay off.
Output: Updated plan every quarter
How we choose channels
Each channel is scored for your specific business. The total score shows where to start — not a universal ranking.
| Criterion | Question we answer |
|---|---|
| Fit with the client | Are your buyers really present and active in this channel? |
| Expected impact | How many qualified enquiries or orders can it bring in 3–6 months? |
| Cost & effort | What budget, time and skills does it need? |
| Speed | How quickly will we see first measurable results? |
| Sustainability | Can your team run it after training, without us? |
The scores are based on facts from the audit and are reviewed after each experiment.
The 80/20 principle — used honestly
In most companies a small share of activities produces most of the results. We use this as a principle of prioritisation, not as a promise: the exact numbers differ from business to business.
What we do promise is transparency: you will always know what we work on, why, what it costs and what it has delivered.
